What does the service include?
In all rooms:

The company reserves the right to substitute any product in case of stock shortages, but it will always be an eco-friendly product.
Can I cancel a cleaning service?
Yes. You can cancel your booking free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
If the cancellation is made after this period, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Can I modify a cleaning service?
Yes. You can change the date and time up to 24 hours before the service.
This change is subject to the availability of your assigned cleaner.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, as long as you send us an email requesting cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Is the recurring service automatic?
Yes, it is automatic. If you book a weekly cleaning on Mondays at 9:00 AM, a cleaner will come to your home every Monday at 9:00 AM.
Are the cleaners trustworthy?
To work as a cleaner at EcoCleans, all candidates must go through several screening processes:
